Production area: Francavilla Angitola (VV).

Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.

Number of bottles produced: 500 bottles of 750 ml

Vinification and Aging: Spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts present in the skins. The fermentation maceration lasts for over 40 days. In this phase the skins slowly give the wine the color and aromas typical of Zibibbo, during which the pumping over takes place like a red vinification. During processing, no correction or addition of additives is made, the tank is left full in the oxidative phase.

Description: Welcome Orange is a wine for the whole meal, and as an aperitif it goes very well with shellfish-based aperitifs and all fish-based dishes.
