Article 3 - Conclusion of the Contract

4 - Registered Users
In completing the registration procedures, the user undertakes to follow the instructions on the site and to provide his personal data correctly and truthfully.
The confirmation will in any case exempt the company Emanuela Borello from any liability for the data provided by the user. The user undertakes to inform Emanuela Borello promptly of any changes to his data communicated at any time.
If the user communicates inaccurate or incomplete data or even if there is a dispute by the interested partiesregarding the payments made, the company Emanuela Borello will have the right not to activate or to suspend the service until the relative deficiencies are rectified.
On the occasion of the first request to activate a profile by the user, the company Emanuela Borello will assign him a username and password. The latter acknowledges that these identifiers constitute the system for validating the user's access to the Services and the only suitable system for identifying the user that the acts performed using such access will be attributed to him and will have binding effect against him.
The user undertakes to keep his access data secret and to keep them with due care and diligence and not to transfer them, even temporarily, to third parties.
Article 5 - Product Availability
Product availability refers to the actual availability at the time the purchaser places the order. This availability must however be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the products could be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.
Even after sending the order confirmation email, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically rectified with the elimination of the unavailable product and the purchaser will be immediately informed by email.
If the purchaser requests the cancellation of the order, resolving the contract, the company Emanuela Borello will reimburse the amount paid within 15 days from the moment in which the company Emanuela Borello has become aware of the purchaser's decision to resolve the contract.

In case of error, the company Emanuela Borello will inform the purchaser as soon as possible, allowing the order to be confirmed at the correct amount or canceled. In any case, the company Emanuela Borello will not be obliged to supply what was sold at the erroneously indicated lower price.The prices on the site are inclusive of VAT and do not include shipping costs. Prices may vary at any time. The changes do not concern orders for which the order confirmation has already been sent.Once the desired products have been selected, they will be added to the cart. It will be sufficient to follow the purchasinginstructions, entering or checking the information required at each step of the process. The order details can be modified before payment.
