Vinification and Ageing: after a long maceration of at least 10 days in contact with the skins, followed by batonnage and aging on fine lees. Stop and aging in French oak barriques until the natural malolactic fermentation.
Description:Intense ruby red color, with purple reflections, it captivates the nose with a broad and persistent nose with intense hints of ripe red fruit, hints of black pepper, leather and chocolate that integrate well with light vanilla and toasted notes, dictated by the aging in wood. On the palate it is complex and enveloping. Soft and elegant tannins.
