Production area: Brattirò (VV).

Alcohol content: alcohol 13.00% vol.

Vinification and Aging: in red at controlled temperature with maceration for 6 days, fermentation for 8 months in steel and bottle.

Description: Decisive notes of red fruits, cherry and jam. The taste is fresh, round with good tannins. Ideal with savory first courses, cured meats, grilled meats and medium-aged cheeses, serve at a temperature of 16/18 degrees.
