Grape variety: 100% canine Magliocco

Production area: Brattirò (VV).

Harvest period: mid-October.
Alcohol content: 13.00% vol.

Vinification: slight overripeness of the grapes, after harvesting, light contact of the skins with the must for a few hours followed by soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Refinement: 8 months in steel and bottle. Average life of the wine: 3/4 years.

Organoleptic characteristics: Intense coral pink color, the nose has typical citrus and floral hints. On the palate it is soft, persistent with mineral notes and characteristic acidity on the finish.

Suggestions and pairings: Ideal for fish-based dishes, salted or fried, shellfish and spicy dishes.
