Sfoglia di grano pomodorini e Pecorino di Monte Poro D.O.P.

SHEET OF WHEAT TOMATOES AND PECORINO OF MONTE PORO DOP

A fresh and quick dish to prepare on days when there is little desire to cook.

Ingredients : 200 g of wheat puff pastry, 100 g of semi-seasoned Pecorino di Monte Poro DOP, 150 g of cherry tomatoes, yellow and red, fresh oregano, fresh basil, salt, organic extra virgin olive oil, pepper, water.

Procedure: soak the cutter in water for 3/4 minutes and then drain it, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and season them with salt, pepper, oil, oregano and basil. Cut the Monte Poro pecorino cheese into cubes. Assemble the ingredients as you like, enjoy cold. My advice is to taste it after a few minutes in the refrigerator.
