Alcohol content: 13.00% vol.
Vinification: vinification in white, after harvest follows soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature
Ageing: 6 months in steel and bottle. Average life of the wine: 2/3 years.
Organoleptic characteristics: Intense straw yellow color, the nose releases characteristic notes of linden and lychee. On the palate it is persistent, sapid and fruity.
Suggestions and pairings: Ideal with fish-based dishes, even fatty ones, with salt. It also finds an excellent match with white meats and typical first courses of Calabrian cuisine.
